SOUS - CHEF

Together with the Head Chef, you help set the structure and direction in the kitchen. Alongside the other sous chef, you oversee daily operations and ensure a smooth workflow. You motivate your team, create a positive working atmosphere and are familiar with all aspects of the sous chef role. With your experience, you act as a coach and motivator for a kitchen team of around eight employees.

There is plenty of room for professional development, supported by internal training programs and masterclasses focused on culinary skills, creativity and leadership. In a fast-growing international environment, new opportunities and innovative concepts are always ahead.

By now, we have become a well-known name in Amsterdam-West. With eighteen floors, our hotel offers a spectacular view over the entire city. On the 17th floor, you’ll find Floor17, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails and dishes at 85 meters high.

Our rooftop terrace hosts the most exciting events, such as movie nights, ice hockey games, and relaxing yoga sessions. Want to hold a meeting with a breathtaking view? That’s possible too!
