Deal Desk Analyst – EMEA/APAC

This is a hybrid role based in Bangalore.

About the Role

WEKA is seeking a Deal Desk Analyst to support our EMEA and APAC sales teams. This role is focused on day-to-day deal support, quote processing, Salesforce CPQ operations, and approval coordination to help ensure timely and accurate deal execution.

You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Revenue Operations to support quote-to-cash activities, resolve operational issues, and maintain strong responsiveness across global teams.

This is a highly execution-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced environments, solving operational challenges, and supporting sales teams through efficient deal processing.

Responsibilities:

Deal Support & Quote Processing

  • Support EMEA and APAC sales teams throughout the quote and deal approval process
  • Create and manage quotes within Salesforce CPQ
  • Review opportunities for completeness and data accuracy
  • Coordinate pricing and approval workflows
  • Assist with non-standard quote requests and routing approvals
  • Help resolve quote, pricing, and opportunity-related issues
  • Maintain strong responsiveness and service levels across regional teams

Quote-to-Cash Operations

  • Ensure quotes and opportunities are accurately completed before order submission
  • Validate quote configurations and order readiness
  • Maintain data accuracy across Salesforce and downstream systems
  • Support quarter-end deal processing activities and escalations
  • Identify and resolve operational discrepancies impacting deal flow
  • Partner with Finance and cross-functional teams to support smooth order processing

Operational Support

  • Help maintain standard operating procedures
  • Track deal processing activity and support SLA management
  • Flag recurring process issues or system gaps to leadership
  • Support ongoing operational improvements within the deal desk process

Qualifications:

  • 2–5 years of experience in Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Quote-to-Cash, CPQ Support, or related operational roles
  • Experience working with Salesforce and Salesforce CPQ
  • Familiarity with quote generation, pricing approvals, and approval workflows
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
  • Strong communication and follow-through skills
  • Comfortable working across time zones and supporting global teams with a focus on EMEA and/or APAC business hours
  • Experience supporting SaaS or technology sales organizations
  • Experience supporting quarter-end deal processing activities
