Marketing and Communications Manager – Blue Man Group Sales, Marketing and Communications Permanent position

Summary

The Local Marketing & Communications Manager will serve as Blue Man Group Orlando’s primary marketing representative in the Orlando market, acting as the key liaison between the local community, strategic partners, and Blue Man Group’s marketing team. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications and broader marketing team, this position is responsible for driving local awareness, community engagement, partnerships, public relations, and promotional initiatives that support ticket sales and strengthen Blue Man Group’s presence within the Orlando market. This role requires a highly motivated, creative, and resourceful individual who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into action. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Orlando tourism, attractions, entertainment, and business communities, while also understanding the local resident market and consumer behavior. They will be passionate about connecting Blue Man Group with audiences through strategic partnerships, grassroots initiatives, media engagement, and community involvement.

Responsibilities Marketing & Sales Support Serve as the local marketing lead for Blue Man Group Orlando, developing and executing initiatives that drive awareness, attendance, and ticket sales.
