SharePoint Specialist

 

• Manage, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online environments

• Implement and document proactive maintenance processes

• Provide 2nd level support for SharePoint-based applications

• Monitor usage, performance, and conduct security audits

• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across SharePoint landscape

• Maintain and update technical documentation

• Administer SharePoint environments:

  • Create, configure, and delete site collections
  • Manage user permissions and access control
  • Monitor and adjust storage allocation

• Drive platform improvements:

  • Automate SharePoint Online processes and operations
  • Analyse current SharePoint architecture (on-prem and online)
  • Support integrations and migrations (SharePoint On-Prem → SharePoint Online)
  • Recommend improvements for performance, scalability, availability, and maintainability

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint On-Premises

• Experience with SharePoint migrations and integration scenarios

• Hands-on administration of site collections, permissions, and storage

• Automation and tools:

  • PowerShell (PnP management shell for SharePoint Online)
  • SharePoint migration tools
  • Power Apps and Power Automate (Flows)

Key Competencies

• Strong troubleshooting and 2nd level support capability
• Ability to analyse and improve existing architectures
• Experience working in structured, enterprise environments
• Stakeholder communication and documentation skills
