Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide remote therapy services to clients across Indiana. In this role, you will work with individuals, couples, and families who are dealing with relationship strain, life changes, communication issues, stress, grief, parenting challenges, and other concerns that affect emotional and relational well-being.

Location: Indiana Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth Position Type: Full-Time Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy through secure telehealth sessions
• Complete clinical assessments and identify treatment needs
• Create treatment plans based on client goals, presenting concerns, and family systems
• Support clients with communication, conflict resolution, stress management, and relationship patterns
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans when needed
• Follow ethical, legal, and professional standards for remote therapy
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Indiana LMFT license in good standing
• Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, or families
• Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Strong understanding of family systems, relational dynamics, and treatment planning
• Reliable internet connection and a private workspace for client sessions
• $115,000–$120,000 per year
