Job description
- Independently prepare, analyze, and further develop standard, monthly, and ad hoc reports
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes, including variance analyses and business performance reviews
- Conduct financial and business analyses and prepare decision-making materials for management and business departments
- Support the identification, documentation, and monitoring of risks and opportunities within project and business environments
- Contribute to international finance, SAP, and transformation projects
- Further develop and standardize controlling processes, reporting structures, and tools
- Support SAP FI/CO-related topics and help ensure high data and process quality within Controlling
- Collaborate closely with international finance teams and stakeholders across the global finance community
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
- At least 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling, Finance, or a comparable business environment, ideally within an international and project-oriented organization
- Solid knowledge of reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Good knowledge of SAP FI/CO or comparable ERP systems, combined with advanced Excel skills; experience with BI and reporting tools is an advantage
- Experience in project controlling and familiarity with risk and opportunity management processes is beneficial
- Strong understanding of business and financial interrelationships at both legal-entity and group level
- Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
- Analytical and structured working style, strong affinity for numbers, and a high level of initiative
- Team-oriented personality with a strong willingness to learn and enjoy working in an international environment
