Job description

ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a client, based in Thessaloniki, is currently looking a Call Center Agent.

Key responsibilities include

  • Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner
  • Logging and updating customer cases accurately in the CRM system
  • Resolving billing and account issues, as well as addressing customer complaints
  • Providing detailed product and service information, including troubleshooting support
  • Supporting customers through chat, email, and social media channels
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support environment
  • Experience handling inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
  • Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, web applications)
  • Experience working to KPIs or targets in a customer support or call center setting
  • Working Hours: Monday - Friday , 09:00-17:00
