Job description
ICAP Employment Solutions, on behalf of a client, based in Thessaloniki, is currently looking a Call Center Agent.
Key responsibilities include
- Handling inbound customer calls and inquiries in a professional manner
- Logging and updating customer cases accurately in the CRM system
- Resolving billing and account issues, as well as addressing customer complaints
- Providing detailed product and service information, including troubleshooting support
- Supporting customers through chat, email, and social media channels
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a call center or customer support environment
- Experience handling inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email
- Comfortable using CRM systems and basic computer tools (email, chat platforms, web applications)
- Experience working to KPIs or targets in a customer support or call center setting
- Working Hours: Monday - Friday , 09:00-17:00
