Organisation/Department Our partner, a global automotive company with a strong European presence, is looking for a new Coordinator to join its Marketing & Sales & Finance team in Budapest. The team supports multiple European markets and plays a key role in campaign administration and business operations. The successful candidate will become part of a close-knit team of four professionals led by a Supervisor. Job description

  • Provide administrative support for European sales campaigns
  • Coordinate with internal Sales and Marketing teams in France
  • Manage campaign-related activities and maintain information in internal systems
  • Handle inquiries, claims and issue resolution while ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders (mainly written communication)
  • Support internal customers and business partners across different functions
  • Approve and coordinate campaign-related payments and processes
  • Build effective relationships with stakeholders through mainly email-based communication
  • Monitor and analyze data to ensure accurate campaign execution

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordination, administration and stakeholder management in an international environment.

Requirements

  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Minimum B2 level French language skills, mainly used in written communication
  • 1-2 years of SSC experience (internship experience counts as well)
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized mindset
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a structured and process-driven environment
  • Open, communicative personality with strong collaboration skills
