Responsibilities

  • Posting and reconciling bank statements related to both client accounts and the company's own accounts.
  • Performing daily and periodic reconciliations of bank balances and cash account balances held with payment providers against source reports.
  • Recording company-related transactions (commissions, currency conversions, outgoing payments) and reconciling transit accounts (funds in transit).
  • Supervising the recording of transactions on CFD broker accounts, including verifying the accuracy of postings and transaction classifications.
  • Reconciling client balances and investigating temporary discrepancies at the end of reporting periods.
  • Analyzing accounting ledger entries and making corrections where inconsistencies are identified.
  • Verifying the accuracy of data imports between systems.
  • Preparing profit and loss and balance sheet data from subsidiary ledgers for export to the general ledger.
  • Collaborating with other departments across the organization, particularly with the Finance and Accounting Department.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience independently managing full-cycle accounting.
  • Relevant educational background in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of financial instruments, broker settlements, and accounting processes.
  • English proficiency sufficient for effective business communication (minimum B2).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems; knowledge of Dynamics 365 or SAP is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw conclusions from large datasets.
  • Good organizational skills, independence, initiative, and attention to details.
