What's in it for You?

Base pay of $30 to $35 per hour
•
Estimated total compensation of $70,000 to $110,000 annually
•
Incentive opportunities
•
2.5% on equipment lead turnovers
•
10% on IEQ products
•
Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
•
Overtime available during peak periods
•
Service area within 45 minutes of the Crestwood, KY shop
•
Ongoing hands-on training and yearly wage increases based on performance

•
40 hours PTO after 90 days
•
2 weeks vacation after 3 years

Your New Role
•
Perform residential HVAC service, repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Crestwood, KY, and surrounding service areas
•
Diagnose heating and cooling system issues accurately and efficiently
•
Install, maintain, modify, and repair HVAC systems and components
•
Conduct inspections and testing to ensure systems are safe and fully operational
•
Perform preventative maintenance and identify opportunities to prevent future breakdowns
•
Explain services, repairs, and recommendations clearly to homeowners
•
Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication
•
Re-check completed repairs and installations to ensure proper operation before leaving the job site
•
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
•
Properly use company pricing tools and explain available service memberships
•
Maintain company vehicle cleanliness and organization
•
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
•
Follow all company safety standards, team rules, and code of ethics
•
Deliver exceptional customer experiences while meeting performance expectations
