Job description
We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand & Community Operations VA to support our community engagement, athlete partnerships, content operations, and brand growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily community engagement across Instagram and TikTok
- Respond to comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions
- Organize and maintain the UGC and content asset library
- Track content performance and prepare weekly reports
- Support athlete and influencer sourcing and outreach
- Assist with affiliate program administration and reporting
- Maintain athlete databases and race calendars
- Gather customer insights and prepare monthly summaries
- Provide occasional backup support for customer operations
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Virtual Assistant, Ecommerce Assistant, Community Manager, or similar role
- Strong written English and communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience with social media platforms, Shopify, Google Drive, and project management tools
- Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
- Interest in running, fitness, sports, or community-driven brands is an advantage
