• Job skills Maintenance - Type Permanent Job scope: The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the Maintenance organization at the Pernis site, including Maintenance Execution, Planning & Scheduling, Warehousing and Discipline Engineering. Job Objective: - The Maintenance Manager ensures safe, predictable and efficient execution of all maintenance activities, contributing to reliable plant operation, asset performance and cost control. - The role operates within the strategic direction and priorities of the Technical organization. Job Responsibilities Essential functions: - Ensure safe, compliant and efficient execution of all maintenance activities (preventive, corrective and emergency) - Lead and manage the maintenance organization to deliver reliable and predictable performance - Establish and maintain effective maintenance processes, standards and procedures - Manage maintenance execution in line with agreed planning, budget and quality requirements - Drive continuous improvement of maintenance performance and asset reliability Decision making authority: - Decides on day-to-day maintenance execution, including prioritization within agreed plans and available resources - Decides on allocation of maintenance resources and contractor deployment within approved budgets - Defines and improves maintenance work processes, procedures and execution standards - Takes operational decisions required to ensure safe and efficient maintenance execution - Provides input and recommendations for maintenance budgets, asset strategies and improvement initiatives - Escalates and aligns on priorities, major technical decisions and deviations from plan with the Technical Manager Key Relationships: - OPS Manager TA Manager, Contract Manager, Manager of Projects, Reliability Engineer, Cost control.
