Corporate Counsel

This individual will have direct-line reporting to the SVP of Business Operations at Mouser Electronics, Inc., and dotted-line reporting on legal matters to the VP of Legal & Compliance and the General Counsel at TTI, Inc. The Corporate Counsel will take a leading role in the build/evolution of a robust, sophisticated legal and compliance framework (policies, procedures, tools) and strategy to support the organization’s growth in size and complexity.
