The Role

The Role

Leads Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement activity across Canada, working with trade partners to drive brand awareness, product advocacy and consumer conversion. Operates at both a strategic and executional level, collaborating closely with sales, marketing (local and global) and brand teams to deliver aligned outcomes.

You Will

Co-Marketing Planning, Alignment & Performance

  • Responsible for the planning of effective in-market consumer Co-Marketing activity done in partnership with key partners ensuring alignment to the overarching Marketing Objectives and Marketing Playbook Strategy, aligned to local and global imperatives and growth aspirations.
  • Takes a proactive approach with our commercial partners to ensure Co-Marketing activity is effective for their channel while also aligned and optimized to deliver our short and long-term brand and business objectives.
  • Ensures Detailed Co-Marketing Plans are translated into executable actions to deliver campaigns on time, resulting in increased brand market share and profitable growth.
  • Ensures appropriate stakeholder management approaches are taken to ensure highly effective cross-functional collaboration across all campaigns.
  • Facilitates timely reporting on Co-Marketing activity, measuring and evaluating delivery effectiveness to continuously optimize performance and provide structured, fact-based feedback to the wider marketing organization. Uses insights to inform future campaign planning and partner prioritization.

Co-Marketing Execution, Delivery & Operations

  • Ensures disciplined and effective execution of plans, including identified priority changes.
  • Leads the end-to-end promotional process, partnering with a cross-functional team (Sales, Brand, Product, Digital, Finance and Operations) to align on promotional calendar, offers, mechanics and in-market activation.
  • Supports In Store Experience through planning and delivery of all POS material, covering new product, promotional executions and other activations.
  • Develops strong relationships with the online teams of our retail partners to maximize the digital marketing of our brand on their channels and websites.
  • Optimises the Where to Buy functionality on our website via relationships with our online retail partners.
  • Effectively project leads multiple marketing projects through a process-driven approach, in all phases, to ensure high quality, cost effective (to-budget), on time delivery across channels and stakeholders.
  • Manages expenditure within budgeted limits.
  • Ensures all marketing activity is performed in compliance with country, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business Maintains strong governance and quality standards across all execution.

Trade Partner Enablement & Advocacy

  • Develops a deep understanding of each trade partner’s organization and identifies opportunities to build brand awareness, product belief and advocacy — whether introducing our brand for the first time, launching new products, or strengthening existing partner confidence to sell more effectively.
  • Designs and delivers targeted B2B marketing activity across retail partners, kitchen specialists, builder/developer partners and, where relevant, real estate agents who influence product specification in residential and apartment developments.
  • Collaborates closely with in-market teams (Retail, Builder, Customer Experience, E-Com, SDA) to ensure the effective introduction of New Product Introductions (NPI) in market.
  • Partners with Global Marketing and Sales to deliver on Trade Partner Enablement initiatives. Adopting global frameworks, tools and collateral to ensure consistency of brand execution.
  • Works closely with key trade partners to develop and deliver toolkits and sales support material. Ensuring materials are practical, relevant and drive partner adoption & advocacy.

Managing Relationships

  • Establishes, builds and maintains strong, collaborative & influential relationships with commercial partners across retail, builder, kitchen specialist and real estate channels. Acts as a trusted partner, influencing alignment to brand, campaign priorities and commercial objectives.
  • Builds highly effective, sustainable working relationships within the local and global marketing teams, internal agencies, and across business functions to deliver aligned outcomes.
  • Works collaboratively with a diverse group of stakeholders to create and manage cross-organizational trade and digital marketing strategies.
  • Effectively manages external agency relationships when required.

Leadership/Influence

  • Demonstrates leadership through influence, bringing together cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver aligned outcomes. Brings a strong commercial & outcome-focused lens to decision making.
  • Supports the development of any direct reports and contributes to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Supports recruitment and onboarding of capability as the team evolves.

You Have:

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business.
  • Strong background in marketing, with proven capability in B2C Co-Marketing and Trade Partner Enablement across retail, builder and specialist channels an advantage.
  • Proven ability to build effective commercial partner relationships that drive brand advocacy and conversion.
  • Experience operating within an indirect sales model, marketing through retail, builder or trade channels rather than directly to the end consumer, ideally within durable goods or premium home categories.
  • Proven experience working with global or cross-functional marketing teams, and operating within defined frameworks to deliver consistent, high-quality in-market execution an advantage.
  • Strong project planning and management experience. Strong organizational ability, particularly ability to plan out timelines and calendar activity. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines at once and allocate priority to competing projects.
  • Excellent communication skills – verbal and written communication skills are clear and concise. Strong presentation skills.

The expected base salary/pay range for this role is $84,000.00 - $ 110,000.00. Final compensation will be determined based on the successful candidates experience, qualifications, and internal equity.
