Job description
About Intellistack
At Intellistack, we're committed to revolutionizing the way organizations collect information, automate workflows, and create seamless digital experiences.
Founded with the belief that work should be simplified, Intellistack has grown into a leading provider of powerful, no-code productivity solutions that help teams do more with less. Across thousands of organizations worldwide, our tools and platform empower users to quickly build custom forms, automate document generation, capture eSignatures, and streamline data-driven processes—all without needing to write a single line of code.
With intuitive solutions that put power in the hands of everyday users, we make it easier to build, automate, and optimize processes at scale.
Who We Are At Intellistack, we don’t do status quo. We move fast, think deep, and build what’s next—powered by people, supercharged by AI.
We’re a team of builders: curious, driven, and relentless about solving the real problem. Around here, feedback is fuel, clarity wins, and change is the default setting. If you’re hungry to grow and ready to leave a dent, you’ll fit right in.
AS A PRODUCT TEAM
AI is embedded in how we build, not layered on top.
Every AI-powered feature must have defined evaluation criteria. Product Managers are responsible for defining evaluation frameworks that measure correctness, reliability, and edge-case behavior.
We operate as one team across Product, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing through a shared AI-driven SDLC. We continuously evolve how we use AI to improve speed, consistency, and output quality across the product development lifecycle.
This is a high-accountability environment. We are expected to produce clear thinking, structured outputs, and measurable business outcomes-not just ship features.
WHO YOU ARE
You move with urgency, driven by outcomes over activity, and never settle for "good enough." You ask sharp questions, challenge the status quo when needed, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You grow through collaboration and are motivated by continuous improvement. You believe in the power of pairing the right tools, like AI and automation, with the right mindset. Above all, you're here to build something that matters.
You're a product builder who thrives in ambiguity and enjoys creating entirely new capabilities from first principles. You don't simply manage roadmaps—you define product direction, shape systems, and identify opportunities where technology, customer needs, and business outcomes intersect.
You understand how modern AI systems work, including LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and evaluation frameworks, and can translate those technologies into products customers actually use. You think in systems rather than screens, comfortable discussing data models, APIs, workflows, automation, and user experience in the same conversation.
You operate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market functions, influencing strategy while remaining close enough to execution to ensure successful delivery.
Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), agreement intelligence, document automation, legal technology, procurement systems, or adjacent workflow domains is highly valued but not required.
What You’ll Do As a Principal Product Manager, you will define product strategy, drive roadmap execution, and lead cross-functional teams in delivering innovative solutions that create meaningful customer and business impact. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, GTM teams, and executive leadership to shape the future of our platform and accelerate growth.
Your work will directly contribute to product innovation, customer adoption, revenue growth, and Intellistack’s evolution as an AI-native platform.
You will
- Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for a critical area of the Intellistack platform
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback, market opportunities, competitive intelligence, and stakeholder input into clear product direction and execution plans
- Lead the development of AI-native capabilities that combine workflows, documents, structured data, automation, and intelligent decision-making
- Define how AI technologies, including LLMs, agents, retrieval systems, and automation frameworks, create differentiated customer value
- Establish evaluation frameworks, testing methodologies, and success metrics for AI-powered product capabilities
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design to define requirements, prioritize investments, and ensure successful delivery
- Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and commercial outcomes through close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations
- Shape product positioning, packaging, and competitive differentiation strategies
- Design platform capabilities that create leverage across multiple products, workflows, and customer use cases
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on emerging opportunities in AI, automation, and enterprise software
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience building or leading AI-native products, platforms, or intelligent automation solutions
- Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval systems, agents, and AI evaluation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to define strategy and drive measurable product, customer, and business outcomes
- Strong technical fluency across APIs, data architectures, integrations, and system design tradeoffs
- Proven experience partnering with Engineering teams to define requirements and drive execution
- Experience gathering enterprise customer feedback and translating insights into successful product investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining strategic clarity and execution focus
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
Bonus Points
- Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), agreement workflows, legal technology, procurement systems, or document automation platforms
- Experience building products that combine documents, workflows, structured data, and automation
- Familiarity with no-code, workflow automation, or enterprise productivity platforms
- Experience supporting enterprise platform consolidation or digital transformation initiatives
- Experience building platform products rather than standalone point solutions
- Experience designing and launching AI-powered workflow, automation, or knowledge-management solutions
