What You'll Do
- Be the Friendly Voice: Answer phones and greet patients with a warm and helpful attitude.
- Schedule Appointments: Help keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments for patients.
- Assist with Physician Correspondence: Help manage communication between doctors and patients.
- Prepare Patient Charts: Ensure patient charts are ready for each visit, keeping everything organized and up-to-date.
- Work with Insurance Companies: Contact insurance providers to handle referrals and authorizations.
- Assist Patients: Help patients with a variety of tasks, ensuring they have the support they need.
What We’re Looking For
- A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate’s degree or completion of a related program is a plus!
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and doctors.
- Ability to multitask and handle a variety of duties efficiently.
- A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not required—we’re happy to train!
- Ability to use and troubleshoot office equipment .

Salary Range
USD $22.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.
