What You'll Do

  • Be the Friendly Voice: Answer phones and greet patients with a warm and helpful attitude.
  • Schedule Appointments: Help keep things running smoothly by scheduling appointments for patients.
  • Assist with Physician Correspondence: Help manage communication between doctors and patients.
  • Prepare Patient Charts: Ensure patient charts are ready for each visit, keeping everything organized and up-to-date.
  • Work with Insurance Companies: Contact insurance providers to handle referrals and authorizations.
  • Assist Patients: Help patients with a variety of tasks, ensuring they have the support they need.

What We’re Looking For

  • A high school diploma or GED is required. An Associate’s degree or completion of a related program is a plus!
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and doctors.
  • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of duties efficiently.
  • A knowledge of medical terminology is desirable but not required—we’re happy to train!
  • Ability to use and troubleshoot office equipment .

Salary Range

USD $22.00 - USD $29.00 /Hr.
