The Aftermarket Pricing Analyst is responsible for managing and aligning aftermarket pricing systems with the company’s overall business strategy and operating model. This role serves as a key member of the aftermarket pricing process team, supporting activities such as cost file management, development and execution of retail pricing strategies, and the implementation of customer-specific pricing initiatives.

Key Objectives
- Support the implementation and continuous enhancement of the aftermarket pricing system, including defining and syndicating pricing roadmaps, gathering user requirements, and applying pricing best practices and metrics.
- Partner with business users and leadership to identify analytical needs and develop dashboards and reports that enable effective decision‑making.
- Monitor OEM price tapes and market basket conditions, coordinating with Procurement and Sales to adjust pricing and ensure timely, accurate price execution.
- Collaborate with sales and branch leadership to drive adoption, understanding, and effective use of pricing tools and methodologies.
- Research and maintain aftermarket parts cross-references to support Procurement and Sales teams.
- Deliver pricing insights and opportunities through customer and product line analytics, providing data-driven pricing recommendations and accountability mechanisms.
- Present and communicate analytical findings effectively using visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI to inform business strategy and performance improvement.
- Coordinate closely with IT partners to enhance pricing tools, manage fixes, and monitor system performance, budget, and spend to ensure ongoing alignment with business needs.
Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or General Education Development (GED), required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in pricing deployment and maintenance.
- Heavy truck parts or related experience is preferred.
- Additional experience and/or technical training may be considered in lieu of the formal educational requirements.
- Experience using SAP, SQL, and Tableau/PowerBI, preferred.
- A valid driver’s license may be required, along with a driving record that meets the requirements of the company’s insurance provider.
