General description of role: The Flex Analytics & Reporting / Data Insights role delivers accurate analytics and actionable insights for Flex clients and prospects. The role covers stewardship reporting, prospect analytics, onboarding of the DI dashboard, Power BI-based automation, cost impact modelling, invoice support, and maintenance of flexible plan data store. The colleague works closely with consultants, customer relationship managers, and internal team members to verify data accuracy, resolve deviations, and turn analysis into practical recommendations. Location - Mumbai Job responsibilities: The colleague will support consultants and client teams by preparing analytics, onboarding clients to DI dashboards, supporting invoice generation, and maintaining Flex plan repositories. The role focuses on data accuracy, timely reporting, deviation resolution, and improved efficiency through automation. Stewardship reporting & client analytics: Prepare Flex stewardship analytics reports in the APAC-specified format for stewardship meetings. Develop standard and customised analytics covering uptake, contributions, plan performance, and year-on-year comparisons, with clear insights and implications. Work with consultants to validate data, investigate anomalies, and translate findings into recommended actions. Prospect analytics & predictive insights: Develop customised analytics for prospects to support pursuits, including deep-dive and scenario-based insights for solution design. Build and maintain cost impact models based on informed assumptions using prior-year claims data and dynamic inputs. Automation, cost modelling & visualisation (Power BI): Develop Power BI automation to generate analytics from raw data with minimal manual effort. Design dashboards and visualisations, and document assumptions and controls to improve interpretability, speed, and repeatability. DI dashboard onboarding & client enablement: Onboard existing Flex clients to the Data Insights (DI) dashboard, including user provisioning and access management. Validate DI dashboards against account manager reports, address discrepancies, and coordinate with CRMs on access, walkthroughs, and query support. Invoice support: Support consultants in generating invoices for TBS Administrative Fees for new clients and renewals. Support invoicing for consulting services, including scope documentation, and coordinate follow-up on delayed payments through CRMs and consultants. Repository of Flex plans: Develop and sustain a centralized collection of flexible arrangement plans, including plan development, rates, benefits, and key parameters. Ensure the repository remains current, version-controlled, and accessible to relevant collaborators with appropriate information security controls. Skills/competencies required: Strong analytical and reporting capability capable of delivering accurate, insight-led outputs. Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling, automation, and dashboard development. Good understanding of predictive modelling, scenario analysis, and cost impact assessment. Strong attention to detail and data quality, capable of identifying and resolving anomalies. Effective communication skills that enable structuring insights and presenting clear, committed outputs.
