As an Automation Business Partner: you will be focused on managing projects to automate business processes. You will assess new use cases, map processes and discuss potential process improvements. Additionally, you will support the automation global product owner managing the project and solution portfolios and optimizing the resource utilization. You will interface with stakeholders to ensure that current and future needs are identified in a timely manner.

The Opportunity

Lead the end-to-end implementation of automation solutions from idea assessment through design, deployment, testing, operation, adoption monitoring and retirement, including the creation of clear business cases, process designs, requirements and status reports.

Support the global product owner in prioritizing initiatives and allocating resources, keeping the project and solution portfolio up to date, driving adoption of existing solutions and decommissioning deprecated ones in line with team OKRs.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders and act as a liaison between business lines and automation teams; proactively generate demand for new automation use cases through workshops, brainstorming sessions, awareness campaigns and continuous process improvement.

University/College degree (preferably Business, Business Informatics, Engineering, Finance, Computer Science or similar) with 5+ years of relevant experience delivering automation projects at a regional/global level; experience in Global Business Services (GBS), customer service–related roles and Q2C/O2C processes is a strong plus.

Strong customer-oriented mindset with high accountability and results/goal orientation: takes ownership of end-to-end resolution, manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment, and maintains composure, persistence and proactivity while working autonomously in virtual, global teams.

Who you are

Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communication, stakeholder and change management, and project management capabilities; able to influence without authority while navigating a complex, global matrix organization with an entrepreneurial, highly accountable and agile mindset.

Able to work in a self-aligning, agile team environment, prioritizing effectively, making independent decisions, and translating business requirements into Analytics & AI (A&AI) specifications, with high learning agility and a strong drive for continuous improvement.

Strong system skills, including understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA a plus) and advanced, hands-on experience creating and leading RPA projects (must), plus at least one of the following: Google Apps Script, SAP Scripting, AppSheet, AWS, GCP or VBA; good understanding of IT solution components, their interactions, data flows and ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow) is highly preferred.

Demonstrated flexibility to work in an agile, diverse, global and multicultural environment, co-creating solutions in complex team settings, complying with process requirements and relevant laws/regulations, and consistently demonstrating resourcefulness, autonomy and strong prioritization skills.
