As a People and Insights Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Internal Firm Services practice, focusing on leveraging data and insights to drive strategic decisions and enhance employee performance and engagement. You will analyze workforce data to identify trends, develop predictive models, and provide actionable recommendations for workforce decisions. As a Manager, you will motivate, develop, and inspire your team to deliver quality outcomes. You are responsible for coaching and managing performance to meet client expectations, while leading with integrity and authenticity. You will articulate our purpose and values meaningfully, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Manila, you will take ownership of projects, confirming their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. You will work with team leadership to establish collective ownership of quality, timelines, and deliverables. Your growing business knowledge will be crucial in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. You will mentor others, encouraging skill development beyond comfort zones, and address conflicts or issues, engaging in difficult conversations with clients and team members. Upholding professional and technical standards, you will reinforce the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing workforce data to identify trends and develop predictive models for strategic decision-making
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to enhance employee performance and engagement
  • Developing and presenting data visualizations and dashboards using tools like Power BI
  • Collaborating with team leadership to maintain collective ownership of project quality and timelines
  • Mentoring team members to deepen their skills and encourage professional growth
  • Addressing conflicts and engaging in challenging conversations with stakeholders
  • Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct
  • Utilizing Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to optimize workforce management strategies
  • Applying machine learning techniques to improve data profiling and reporting processes
  • Driving organizational effectiveness through strategic human resources management initiatives
  • Lead ETL processes, data models, and reporting solutions.
  • Deliver advanced analytics and machine learning insights.
  • Partner with stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions.

What You Must Have

  • At least a Bachelor Degree
  • At least 7 years of experience
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
  • Experience with Databricks, SQL, Python/R, Power BI, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong skills in statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
  • Ability to communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
