GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Maintenance Planner: Responsible for developing of a Maintenance Program, strategies, schedules and procedures necessary for the maintenance of equipment.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY
- Develop operational procedures, schedules and processes for an efficient Preventive Maintenance Program.
- Participate in meetings and subcommittees when they are requested.
- Monitor the Maintenance Program trough the BSC to meet the objectives.
- Monitor the system TPM (TPM (Implementation and Monitoring the results)
- Develop of a training program for Maintenance Department and support in coordinating training activities of TPM to Production Departments.
- Provide Feedback to the maintenance supervisors about opportunities to improve in their assigned areas.
- Participate in Equipment selection with others Departments and asset management.
- PSP follow up related to Maintenance Area.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND STUDIES REQUIRED: Engineering degree, Computer Science tech, or technical degree with experience in maintenance administration systems. Punctuality in the activities assigned in order to avoid delays in the delivery of information. Solutions of problems. Personnel management. Ability to negotiate with users and suppliers. Knowledge of Windows, Excel, Web Programming, PLC Follow up with the BSC ('mttr', 'mtbf', 'availability of equipment Experience in ISO-9000; Experience in SAP.
