Job Title: Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Django for backend development and Next.js (React) for frontend development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable, high-performance web applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend APIs using Django/Django REST Framework .
• Develop responsive, dynamic, and SEO-optimized user interfaces using Next.js and React.js .
• Integrate backend APIs with frontend components to ensure seamless end-to-end functionality.
• Work with PostgreSQL/MySQL or other relational databases; optimize queries and schema design.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and user management systems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and design patterns.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools (Docker, AWS/GCP) for efficient deployments.

Technical Skills Required

Backend

• Python, Django, Django REST Framework (DRF)
• RESTful API design & integration
• ORM, Celery, Redis, WebSockets
• PostgreSQL / MySQL
• Authentication (JWT/OAuth2)

Frontend

• Next.js, React.js, TypeScript
• HTML5, CSS3, TailwindCSS / Material UI
• State management (Redux / Context API)
• Responsive and accessible UI development

DevOps / Cloud

• GitHub CI/CD
• Docker, Kubernetes (nice to have)
• Nginx (nice to have)

Nice to Have

• Experience with GraphQL , Redis caching , AWS cognito, EC2.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Jenkins.
• Exposure to developing Agents using any of the frameworks.
• Exposure to any cloud services like Azure/AWS/Google Cloud Platform
• FastAPI, Microsoft Entra App, OpenAI compatibility & OpenAPI spec understanding.

Work Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of professional experience in front-end development & Django framework.
• Strong proficiency in Next.js & Javascript framework.
• Experience deploying web applications on google cloud platform .
• Proficiency in Github and managing CI/CD pipelines .
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices-based architectures.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, performance optimization, and web security principles.
