MSX International is looking for Automotive Technical Support Specialists to support one of the most innovative electric vehicle brands on the market.
In this role, you will act as the primary technical interface between the brand and its authorized service network, helping retailers diagnose vehicle concerns, investigate technical issues, and deliver effective repair solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for automotive professionals who want to move beyond workshop operations and develop their expertise within an international technical support environment.
Your Role
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will support authorized service partners across Europe by providing technical guidance, diagnostic expertise, and case management support for vehicle-related concerns.
You will take ownership of technical cases from investigation through resolution while ensuring compliance with OEM standards and service quality expectations.
What You Will Be Doing
Technical Investigation & Diagnosis
• Analyze vehicle-related technical enquiries submitted by authorized service partners.
• Review diagnostic logs, fault codes, repair documentation, and vehicle data to identify root causes.
• Provide technical recommendations and diagnostic guidance based on OEM procedures and repair standards.
• Support retailers with electric vehicle systems, charging concerns, battery-related issues, software functions, connectivity features, and vehicle diagnostics.
• Escalate complex technical investigations when additional engineering support is required.
Case Ownership
• Manage technical support cases from initial submission through final resolution.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and technical records.
• Monitor case progress and ensure timely communication with retailers.
• Deliver support within agreed service level targets and quality standards.
Retailer Support
• Act as a trusted technical advisor for workshop technicians and service teams.
• Support retailers in applying technical documentation, service campaigns, and repair procedures.
• Promote effective diagnostic practices and problem-solving methodologies.
• Occasionally participate in Retailer onsite technical support for complex cases.
Product Quality & Continuous Improvement
• Identify recurring technical concerns and emerging field trends.
• Act as an early detection point for potential product quality or reliability issues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical knowledge and support processes.
