Job Title: Social Media Associate

Reports To: Senior Marketing Manager

What you’ll be doing

  • Work closely with the Sr. Marketing Manager and Brand team to execute social media strategy and identify the right fit of the target audience and right messaging of the media plans across all brand-owned social media platforms (i.e. Instagram, Tiktok, etc)
  • Conduct meticulous data performance & marketing analytics on weekly basis for all Cove social media platforms to maintain growth on marketing metrics (i.e. followers growth, engagement rate, profile visits, etc) by bringing the comprehensive insights, best practices, and actionable items
  • Analyze and research on current most-happening social media trends for best-performing contents at Cove social media platforms
  • Own the day-to-day of social media activities, from creating copies, creative concept, designating visual planner, to coordinating creative team in executing ideas to meet campaign objectives
  • Perform end-to-end video/photoshoot process of social media content creation through hands-on acts of each property for marketing purposes (i.e. content research and storyboard ideation, property and room staging or design styling, promotion message and script making, individual and/or group photo/video shoot taking, and content editing)
  • Producing and publishing high-quality, engaging brand in adhere to Cove’s content pillars on social media (images and videos) to achieve a stable growth increase across social media platforms
  • Responsible on maintaining comprehensive brand message and conversations towards the right tone of voice of Cove as a brand across all social media channels
  • Bring add-on activity on organic social media (e.g. social media boosting, marketing campaigns, giveaway competition, or other contests) to maintain social media performance
  • Lead end-to-end KOL strategy by sourcing, vetting, and building long-term relationships with relevant creators across lifestyle, travel, and co-living niches — negotiating collaboration terms and developing ambassador pipelines that drive sustained brand visibility across Cove's key markets.
  • Own the full KOL execution cycle — from briefing content deliverables and ensuring brand alignment, to maintaining the KOL database, tracking campaign performance, and reporting on ROI and engagement impact.

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor’s degree from all majors in reputable university
  • Min. 1-2 years experience in Social Media and/or KOL management related in hotel, real estate, lifestyle and/or start-up company
  • Strong content and copy writing skill and/or experience
  • Proficient video editing skills with Capcut and VN
  • Familiarity with hotel and co-living industry trends across greater Jakarta area, Bali, Surabaya, Malang and Bandung
  • Outstanding analytical, project management, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment with multi-tasking excellence
  • Proficient in handling social media channels, primarily TikTok, with additional experience on Instagram, Threads, and X (Twitter)
  • Attention to detail with strong sense of ownership in project management
  • Proactive and a fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly to changes while working independently
  • Strong affinity on digital marketing, influencer marketing, and event activations (preferable but experience not required)
  • Native Indonesia; Fluent in English both verbal and written
