Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end clinical data management process for assigned studies at QED Pharmaceutical Services.
• Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical data by performing data validation and quality checks at QED Pharmaceutical Services.
• Develop and maintain data management plans, including CRF design, database design, data entry guidelines, and data validation specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical operations, biostatistics, and regulatory affairs, to ensure data quality and project timelines are met.
• Oversee the design and implementation of electronic data capture (EDC) systems and other data management tools.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies, ensuring timely and accurate data entry and query resolution.
• Prepare and present data management reports and metrics to project teams and stakeholders at QED Pharmaceutical Services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in clinical data management within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in clinical data management systems, electronic data capture (EDC) systems, and data validation tools at QED Pharmaceutical Services.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials, including ICH-GCP and FDA regulations.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
