Job description
The Agent Support Specialist is a position within ATI Business Group supporting one of our largest Australia-based clients. This role reports directly to the Supervisor or Senior Supervisor assigned to the account and is responsible for assisting global agents in managing Land or Air bookings efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
• Resolve agent inquiries related to Land or Air bookings through chat, phone, or email, aiming for first-contact resolution.
• Provide support to suppliers via phone and email communication.
• Manage and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Escalate complex or higher-level inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders when required.
• Maintain high-quality customer service standards while supporting global agents.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service with strong English communication skills.
• Fresh graduates with advanced English communication skills are welcome to apply.
• Willing to work in a 24/7 shifting schedule, including public holidays.
• Willing to work onsite in Central Jakarta (Batu Tulis, Gambir) or BSD, Tangerang.
