About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy Sales Representative to join our Cape Town team.
This is a high-performance, outbound sales role where you’ll engage directly with US business owners, identify opportunities, and build a strong pipeline through consistent, high-volume activity.

Key Responsibilities
- Make 150–200+ outbound calls daily to US-based prospects
- Engage with decision-makers and qualify business opportunities
- Identify funding needs and position relevant solutions
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Follow up effectively to convert opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM
- Experience in outbound sales / telesales / B2B environments, this is not a customer service role!
- Strong communication skills with a clear, confident English accent
- Ability to handle high call volumes and rejection
- Strong objection handling and persuasion skills
- Target-driven, competitive, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working US hours (2:00 PM – 12:00 AM, on-site)
