Kindergarten English Teacher

We are seeking a kindergarten English Teacher for an international school located in Wuxi. This full-time position will begin in the upcoming academic year, starting August 2026.

Job details

Together with teaching assistants, support the children in their learning‐journey from Monday to Friday. During this time, you will:

• Teach daily class activities to kindergarten students aged 2-6 as assigned by the school, creating an English learning environment
• Lesson planning, daily classroom management and classroom activities organization
• Utilize games, music, books, art, technology and other resources to teach basic skills and foster children development
• Collaborate with other teachers, instructors, and staff members to create an optimal learning care environment, and an appropriate classroom environment that is conducive to learning.
• Help children meet educational milestones through personalized instruction and assess each child’s performance and progress on regular basis
• Bachelor's Degree or above
• Minimum 2 years experience in teaching
• A TESOL/TESL/TEFL qualification
• Passionate and Energetic in teaching
• Excellent English communication skills
• Monthly salary range of 20,000 to 22,000 RMB after tax commensurate with experience and qualifications
• Monthly housing allowance of 2,000 RMB
• Public holidays
• Annual bonus up to 10,000 RMB
• Full pay for a full month of classes in summer vacation and full pay for a full 3 days of classes in winter vacation
