Job description
- Create, edit, and publish content across digital platforms, including websites, social media channels, newsletters, and digital campaigns.
- Develop compelling copy and storytelling that reflects the Tersane Istanbul brand and enhances audience engagement.
- Manage content calendars and coordinate content plans in collaboration with Marketing, Events, Hospitality, Retail, and other internal teams.
- Write and edit social media captions, website content, blog articles, press materials, email marketing content, and promotional communications.
- Ensure all digital content is accurate, up to date, visually aligned, and consistent with brand guidelines.
- Monitor digital content performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Support campaign launches, events, partnerships, and destination-wide marketing initiatives through content creation and coordination.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, videographers, agencies, and external partners to develop high-quality content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, audience preferences, and competitor activities to identify content opportunities.
- Maintain content archives and ensure effective management of digital assets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Media, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, editorial, social media, or related roles.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both Turkish and English.
- Experience managing content across multiple digital platforms and channels.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, digital marketing principles, and audience engagement strategies.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
- Experience working with creative teams and coordinating content production processes.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
