Content Creator

Accountabilities

• Create high-quality, engaging, and psychologically informed content across multiple formats including articles, infographics, videos, campaigns, quizzes, and workshops
• Design and develop engagement programs such as seminars, panel discussions, interactive sessions, and “ask an expert” formats
• Contribute to ideation and research of new themes, topics, and mental health initiatives
• Support the development of content for new mental health products and digital platforms
• Collaborate with teams to ensure content aligns with program goals and user engagement strategies
• Contribute to thought leadership content for client-facing and internal initiatives
• Maintain consistency in tone, accuracy, and relevance across all content outputs
• Work independently in a remote setup while taking full ownership of assigned projects

Requirements

• Postgraduate degree in Counselling Psychology or Clinical Psychology (mandatory)
• 3–5 years of experience in content creation, program design, or psychology-based communication
• Strong interest and passion for mental health and psychological well-being initiatives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse formats and audiences
• Proven ability to create innovative, engaging, and interactive content
• Strong creativity with the ability to think out of the box and develop new engagement ideas
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-driven environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with an affable and collaborative personality
• Ability to manage multiple content formats and projects simultaneously
• Experience in educational, therapeutic, or mental health-focused content is highly desirable
