Reporting to Continuous Improvement Leader, you will ensure Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through analysis and strategy planning.
Develop the culture of continuous improvement among all organization.
Main Responsibilities
- Reach productivity goals through projects development and management focused on actual priorities.
- Provide strategy for the site and promote creation and tracking indicators.
- Lead on continuous improvement, Connected Enterprise and FTPC.
- Manage the Ideas System and deploy communications for spreading the culture.
- Support Leader and individuals for HPTs. Work on the projects for monthly deliverables.
- Define and set clear goals for tracking progress con CI.
- Coordinate and communicate the recognition system and keep nurturing to grow and development.
- Cultural and for promoting Kaizen, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and strategies oriented to Operational Excellence.
Minimum Qualifications
- Requires at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement area.
- Lean knowledge Green Belt Certified (Black Belt).
- Education Industrial Engineering degree or a related engineering discipline.
The preferred – You Might also have
- Experience providing Lean Training in a manufacturing environment.
- Lean Coach.
- Advance English.
- Peers and lead teams.
- SAP experience.
- Demonstrated experience and project management skills
