QA Manager - Data Center

The Quality Assurance Manager – Data Center is responsible for developing, maintaining, updating, deploying, training, and the successful implementation of the Black Box Quality Management System (QMS) in hyperscale environments to ensure that project quality is delivered that exceed customer expectations and provide unparalleled service. The role includes planning, coordinating, collaborating, and partnering with internal and external stakeholders to support successful execution of the Client, General Contractor, and Black Box quality systems as required. This includes supporting, sharing, anchoring, and training the quality system elements to internal customers.
