We're Hiring: Customer Service Team Leader with German
Are you ready to join a dynamic team and make an impact in Supply Chain operations and play a key role in supporting our European customers?
🌍 What You'll Do
âś… Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure smooth order processing âś… Be the go-to expert for SAP queries within the team âś… Deliver proactive, high-quality service to internal and external clients âś… Enter customer orders manually in SAP and verify automated EDI orders âś… Manage inventory allocation and coordinate delivery notes with logistics âś… Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Demand Planning to resolve order issues âś… Identify and escalate challenges promptly âś… Drive improvement projects and optimize order flows âś… Lead short-term product flow management to fulfill customer orders âś… People Management: Delegate tasks, set deadlines, monitor performance, motivate, and coach team members
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
👤 About You
🎓 2+ years of experience in similar roles
✔️ SAP experience (1+ year preferred)
đź’¬ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and German level (B2 or higher))
📊 Comfortable working with large datasets; proficient in Excel, SAP and Zendesk.
🚀 Proactive, solution-oriented, and driven by results.
