Research Laboratory Technician I

The successful applicant will assist in collecting the data required to determine the extent dysfunctional inflammatory responses participate in induction of otitis media in models of Down syndrome, using flow cytometry and immunofluorescence. Prior experience will be advantageous. The successful applicant will conduct these studies in collaboration with postdoctoral associates. Excellent written and inter-personal communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate, or conduct tasks independently, will be required for this multi-faceted project. The data collected will be instrumental in developing new strategies to mitigate hearing disorders in this demographic.
