Job description
- Shift start time of 5:30 am daily, Monday to Friday
- First 2 hours in dispatch, then move to office duties, including
- Various Admin functions including,
- Calling customers,
- Booking appointments
- Answering phones, providing customer service
- Printing labels,
- Supporting foreman and dispatchers
- Payroll time cards.
- Filing
- Sorting, organizing
- OS&D

- Computer skills - LTL 400.
- Effective Communication skills - both verbal and written.
- Developed organizational and time management skills.
- Diplomacy, quick thinking, patience, and the ability to perform under pressure.
- Quick, accurate keyboarding skills.
- The ability to meet deadlines.
- Shift is Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday shift when required
