SUMMARY OF THE ROLE Mammoet is looking for task oriented and enthusiastic individuals to join our team in Fort McMurray region. We are providing work in a fast-paced environment as a part of an administration team that is crucial to the organization’s success and growth. The individual will be working on site at CNRL Horizon once training is completed. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Responsibilities will vary dependent on the department but may include: Analyse and reconcile SAP entries to ensure accuracy with internal and external costs Receive, price, enter and audit work orders to ensure all costs/charges are captured Maintain a strong client focus with interactions with both internal and external client Create and maintain the filing system Daily Force Reports (DFR’s) Contractor Daily Reports (CDR’s) Contractor Weekly Costs Reports Reconciliation of paperwork, dispatch sheets vs timesheets vs Lems LEMS – Daily Submission & uploading in Maximo Internal equipment PBE Booking of camps and flights New Hire Orientation packages Assist planners prep daily dispatch packages WHAT YOU’LL NEED Education & Experience High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma from an accredited institution Minimum one (3-5) year office experience, previous site or industry experience is an asset Proficient with computer software applications Strong skills in Microsoft Excel is an asset SAP experience is an asset TRACK experience is an asset.
