Job Description:

TASK FORCE (6 months):

• Manage the end-to-end processes related to customer accounts (from placing a sales order to receiving payment from the customer);
• Manage and monitor customer current accounts with overdue situations;
• Manage and follow up on customer complaints and deductions;
• Coordinate and support order-to-cash processes both internally and externally, with a focus on operational excellence.
