Job description
For our Client, an international company, we are currently looking for a German-speaking Client Support Specialist to join a growing team responsible for providing high-quality support to business clients.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers and business partners, supporting them with daily inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth client experience. You will work closely with internal teams to coordinate solutions, update information in the system, and make sure that all requests are handled accurately and on time.
Responsibilities
- Providing professional support to German-speaking clients via email, phone, or internal communication channels
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintaining and updating client data in internal systems
- Cooperating with internal departments to ensure effective problem-solving
- Monitoring the status of client requests and ensuring proper follow-up
- Supporting daily operational and administrative tasks related to client service
- Building positive and long-term relationships with customers and business partners
Requirements
- Very good command of German, both written and spoken
- Good command of English
- Previous experience in customer service, client support, administration, or a similar role would be an advantage
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach
- Ability to work in an international environment
