Outsourcing Advantage is seeking a motivated and organized Real Estate Management Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and tenant‑support services for a property management operation. Your primary responsibilities include answering tenant phone calls, entering and tracking maintenance tickets, and assisting with rent collection.
Responsibilities
Tenant Communication: Answer incoming phone calls from tenants in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintenance Coordination :Enter maintenance work orders/tickets into the client’s software based on tenant reports.
Rent Collection & Billing Support Contact tenants regarding late payments, payment arrangements, or balance inquiries—following up when payment commitments are made.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, And Spanish at least at a level of C1 Advanced.
- Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills; experience with property management software (Property- Meld) s a plus.
