The SM: Commercial Excellence & Programme Office serves as the central engine room for commercial performance, strategic execution, governance, and programme management across MTN Group Enterprise Business and Operating Companies (Opcos). The role drives commercial excellence, KPI governance, strategic programme delivery, Maturity Index assessment, Accelerate programme execution, annual planning cycle ownership, budget governance, and resource optimisation. Working closely with Group Executives, Opco CEOs, CEBOs, CFOs, Commercial Leads, and cross-functional stakeholders, the incumbent ensures strategic alignment between Group and Opcos while establishing robust governance frameworks, performance reporting structures, and value realisation mechanisms that deliver sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence across all markets
