Job description

[What the role is]

NAC’s Infrastructure Planning & Development department develop arts infrastructure frameworks in partnership with key government agencies to diversify spaces for the arts in Singapore and work with venue owners to integrate the arts into the Civic District and Bras Basah Bugis precincts.

The incumbent will assist in managing NAC's portfolio of arts centres by supporting the department’s facilities operations, including data collation and the full cycle of service procurement, with a view to maintaining and improving arts spaces.

[What you will be working on]

  • Facilities & Maintenance Management         

    • Collaborate with managing agents and venue managers to resolve maintenance issues reported by arts tenants; conduct site inspections to verify work completion and ensure compliance with specifications and contractual requirements

  • Procurement & Contract Support 

    • Support the procurement process for cyclical maintenance and upgrading works of arts spaces and assets

  • Data Management & Operational Efficiency

    • Manage and analyse data to improve operational efficiency

  • Assets Management

    • Participate in asset sighting and verification exercises

[What we are looking for]

  • Prior experience in facilities / property management, including liaison with managing agents, preferred

  • Handling data management, record-keeping, or preparing operational reports

  • Experience in administering procurement processes, preferably in public sector context
