Experienced Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics, PT-Owned Practice

This opportunity is for a Physical Therapist who wants to practice in a setting where clinical judgment matters. The clinic is PT-owned , located in Hollywood, FL , and focused on orthopedic outpatient care with a patient volume of 2 patients per hour .

You’ll have the chance to manage evaluations, guide treatment direction, and help patients make real functional gains without the pressure of an overly packed schedule.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed evaluations and establish treatment goals
• Manage plans of care for orthopedic and post-operative patients
• Provide skilled treatment using manual therapy, exercise progression, movement training, and functional rehab
• Monitor patient outcomes and update interventions as needed
• Communicate progress clearly with patients and clinical staff
• Provide direction to PTAs as needed
• Complete documentation, progress notes, and discharge planning
• Support a professional clinic culture focused on patient results
• Florida Physical Therapist License required
• DPT or MSPT Degree required
• Outpatient experience preferred
• New graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong orthopedic treatment background preferred
• Confident clinical decision-making skills

Compensation

• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience
• Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
