Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Career Coach to deliver high-quality coaching experiences that help professionals advance their careers, strengthen their self-leadership, and achieve meaningful career outcomes. This role focuses on supporting individuals through career planning, career transitions, professional development, and job search activities in a remote, globally connected environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging one-to-one career coaching sessions focused on career planning, progression, and job search strategies
  • Facilitate group coaching sessions covering professional development, career growth, and employability skills
  • Support team coaching initiatives that enhance collaboration and team effectiveness
  • Encourage and motivate participants to progress against their career development goals
  • Deliver live virtual coaching sessions across multiple global time zones
  • Provide guidance on self-leadership, career decision-making, and professional growth
  • Develop and maintain strong coaching relationships built on trust and accountability
  • Support learners in identifying and pursuing relevant career opportunities
  • Network with industry professionals and employer communities to expand employment pathways
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive personal information responsibly

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Recognised ICF or EMCC accredited coaching qualification
  • ACC accreditation or higher is advantageous
  • Demonstrated experience as a Career Coach supporting professionals across different career stages
  • Strong experience delivering one-to-one coaching programmes
  • Experience facilitating group coaching and training workshops
  • Ability to coach individuals through career transitions and career advancement
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience working remotely and supporting individuals across different regions and time zones
  • Strong understanding of career development frameworks and coaching methodologies
  • Experience with psychometric assessment tools is advantageous
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, supervision, and coaching best practice
