The Role: Marketing Services Intern At Stone Island we are always looking for people who share our spirit and values to drive our company forward. We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Services Intern to join our team in Milan. Your Impact Main Responsibilities: Support the management of purchase orders, invoices and financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal processes. Coordinate with external partners to collect and manage insertion orders, SOWs and campaign-related documentation. Maintain and update the creative tracker to ensure visibility on all marketing activities and asset status. Act as a liaison between Media and Creative teams to manage asset delivery and ensure compliance with platform requirements. Support the delivery and tracking of campaign assets to media partners, ensuring deadlines and specifications are met. Assist in reporting activities by collecting, organising and maintaining data related to paid media campaigns and partner interactions. Qualifications Requirements: Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Bachelor/Master's Degree in Marketing & Communications or similar Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to managing data and documentation. Good organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
