IP Specialist Operations

The IP Specialist at Dennemeyer will manage clients' intellectual property portfolios, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of patents, trademarks, designs, and utility models. Success in this role is demonstrated through precise docketing, diligent monitoring of deadlines, and high client satisfaction. This position is integral to maintaining Dennemeyer reputation for excellence in IP management on a global scale.

• New case entry/Data import 2. TOPSIE update including instruction handling and data update 3. IPL promotion for existed clients. 4. clients maintenance by email and calls, answering client's inquiry and provide suggestions and solutions.Requirements:
• Educational background in the IP area (e.g., apprenticeship as Paralegal, Patent Attorney Assistant) or equivalent experience.
• Solid relevant professional experience in IP management.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and track deadlines.

• Customer-focused mindset with high professionalism and discretion.
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a global team.
• Hands-on mentality
• High sense of responsibility
• Excellent fluency in English written and spoken
• Availability to travel and work from different locations when required.
• Knowledgeable with MS Office tools
• Experience with patent management software.
