Job Title: Executive HRBP

We are currently seeking a Executive HRBP to join our team. As a Executive HRBP, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner in various HR functions. This role will involve assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and other HR activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in HR and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Support the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and assisting with paperwork
• Handle employee relations issues, including conducting investigations and providing guidance to employees
• Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures

Work Experience

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
