Job Summary

The purpose of this role is to work in the injection filling operations of the Cephalosporin Sterile department, ensuring the required output is achieved while maintaining strict compliance with applicable GMP, EHS and Regulatory standards throughout all activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all Cephalosporin department injection filling operations are completed in a timely manner in adherence with applicable Local Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure safety of the area through Zero Waste promotions and timely ZAP & ZIP reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date daily records for Cephalosporin (e.g. production, downtime, preventive maintenance and other relevant data) related to injection filling operations.
• Ensure GMP compliance during operations, including proper labeling, line clearance and status identification of equipment and materials.
• Ensure EHS compliance during operations, including adherence to Zero Access, LOTO and other site EHS requirements.
• Ensure accurate and complete documentation for filling processes in BMRs and logbooks in accordance with Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Identify and report any deviations from approved SOPs during injection filling processes and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions, as required.
• Ensure data integrity compliance and continuously improve DI controls in line with ALCOA/ALCOA+ principles within the Cephalosporin department.

Education, Experience & Skills

•

Minimum education is Matriculation in Arts, Commerce or Science, which is required as the basic level to perform the role effectively.

•

Preferred education is Intermediate or DAE in Arts, Commerce or Science, to better support understanding of manufacturing, documentation and compliance requirements for the role.

•

Prior experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing / sterile or injection filling operations will be preferred (as per site guidance for operator roles).

•

Basic understanding of GMP and EHS requirements relevant to sterile / injection filling operations.

•

Ability to maintain accurate production and equipment records in line with GDP.

•

Awareness of data integrity principles (ALCOA/ALCOA+) and their application in routine work.

•

Ability to follow SOPs, work in a team environment and promptly escalate issues or deviations.
