Job Purpose
You will join our Planning and Forecasting team in Pakistan to support financial and demand forecasting. You will work closely with finance, commercial and supply colleagues to prepare forecasts, analyse performance, and deliver clear management reports. Responsibilities
- Support monthly, quarterly and annual planning and forecasting cycles, including data collection, validation and consolidation.
- Maintain and update financial and demand models to produce accurate forecasts and scenario analyses.
- Analyze variances between actuals, budgets and forecasts and provide clear, actionable explanations.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards to support decision making across finance and commercial teams.
- Work with stakeholders to resolve data gaps and improve forecast accuracy.
- Contribute to process improvements, automation and digital tools to increase efficiency and data quality.
Education, Experience and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in financial planning, forecasting, demand planning, or related analytical roles.
- Strong Excel skills, including use of formulas, pivot tables and basic modelling.
- Clear written and spoken English for effective collaboration across teams.
- Strong numerical and analytical mindset with attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn new systems and tools and to work collaboratively in a team.
- Experience with planning or BI tools such as SAP, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with driver-based forecasting, variance analysis and budgeting cycles.
- Experience with automation, data process improvements or use of AI-enabled tools for analysis.
- Previous exposure to multi-stakeholder or matrix working environments.
