Your role as our Office Assistant

We're a small, fast-moving team and our Amsterdam office is at the heart of how we work together. As our Office Assistant, you'll play a real part in keeping things running - from a well-stocked kitchen to smooth onboarding for new joiners. You'll take ownership of the practical and admin side of office life, working closely with Events manager and founders to make sure nothing falls through the cracks. This is a hands-on, part-time role where no two days look exactly the same. What this looks like

Keeping the office running day to day - groceries, post, packages, tidying and making sure supplies are stocked

Supporting the onboarding of new team members with practical admin tasks, so their first days feel welcoming and well-prepared

Maintaining internal overviews and keeping track of inventory, including office supplies and company merch

Helping research venues, coordinate logistics and be hands-on when team events come together

Handling a mix of admin tasks - updating templates, managing emails and keeping records tidy and current
