Job description
- To ensure quick and good service to the patients by effective coordination.
- The wait time to see the Consultant is minimum.
- To look at the appointment dashboard before OPD starts and inform doctor about the first appointment.
- Proper info to be given to the patient if doctor is late to OPD or in OT or stuck with a procedure.
- To coordinate for Admission & smooth discharge of the patient by meeting them with proper counseling.
- To ensure that doctor requirements are met of the basic amenities in room.
- All the required stationery including Statoscope ,BP Apparatus, Prescription pad, visiting cards availability on the table in coordination with OPD coordinator.
- To monitor the scheduling of patients by the CRC Appointment Vs Walk in
